Los Angeles (January 25, 2007) RIGEL Entertainment announced today that WHEN A MAN FALLS IN THE FOREST has been selected for official competition at the upcoming 2007 Berlinale with the world premiere taking place in Berlin on Monday, February 12 at 4:30 PM (16:30). Sharon Stone, who stars in the film, alongside Timothy Hutton (THE GOOD SHEPHERD) and Dylan Baker (SPIDER-MAN 3), will attend the world premiere in Berlin with director Ryan Eslinger (MADNESS AND GENIUS).
WHEN A MAN FALLS IN THE FOREST is a powerful drama and is a deeply moving apologue about the passions that drive us, the disappointments that challenge us and is a timely tribute to those whose sacrifice reinvigorates our lives and permits us to touch the people that matter most to us.
Sharon Stone most recently starred in Emilio Estevez’s Golden Globe nominated BOBBY, and will next be seen starring in DIRTY TRICKS with Annette Bening, Gwyneth Paltrow, Brad Pitt and Meryl Streep for director Ryan Murphy (RUNNING WITH SCISSORS).
Timothy Hutton recently starred in Robert Di Niro’s THE GOOD SHEPHERD with Matt Damon and Angelina Jolie. He will next be seen in the comedy LYMELIFE with Alec Baldwin, and Jennifer Jason Leigh.
Critically acclaimed character actor Dylan Baker traverses a highly successfully career between both film and television. His recent film credits include: HAPPINESS, KINSEY, THE MATADOR, and ROAD TO PERDITION. He reprises his role this summer as Dr. Curt Conners in the highly anticipated SPIDER-MAN 3.
